Functional Overview:
Working environment: temperature -10~60℃; humidity ≤90%RH, sampling period: 8 times per second; when the digital filter parameter FILt=0 is set, the response time is ≤0.5 seconds;
●The input adopts a digital correction system with accurate and stable measurement, supports a variety of thermocouple and thermal resistance specifications, and has a maximum resolution of 0.1°C.
●Humanized design operation method, easy to learn and use.
●Anti-interference performance meets the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) under harsh industrial conditions.
●This instrument adopts the maintenance-free instrument with automatic zero adjustment and digital calibration technology. If it is out of tolerance during measurement verification, it can be corrected by parameters.
●PID control, upper and lower limit control (position control) can be switched manually.

Analog signal (type B): 4-20mA (-1999~9999), 0-10mA (-1999~9999) or 0-10v, 1-5v

●Two-way temperature difference transmission output
●The first or second PID control output
● PID control output after comparing the temperature difference between the two channels and the set value SP
● PID control output after comparing the average temperature of the two channels and the set value SP

Alarm Output:
Control output SSR This meter has two sets of 12v on-off voltage alarm output as standard
The alarm mode can be manually switched to: 1: upper limit alarm 2: lower limit alarm; 3: upper upper limit alarm 4: lower and lower limit alarm; 5: two-way temperature difference alarm (equivalent to upper and lower limit temperature difference control);

Communication function:
The suffix RS series instrument comes standard with communication function.
RS485/232 communication, standard MODBUS-RTU protocol. The measured value can be read through RS485/232, and all parameters of the instrument can be modified. Support wincc (Siemens), Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Omron, AB, Kingview, Asia Control, MCGS (Kunlun Tong) and domestic PLC and other equipment
It can be matched with our company's communication software to display the sampling temperature and set value in real time on the computer. And can record temperature values, generate curves or data reports and export them as EXCEL documents.
