• Soft Start function 

In some particular application, the output is not allowed to be at its 100%, otherwise the system will be damaged, controller offers a soft start solution 

 

• Dual Setpoint with remote selection 

In some application, dual setpoints is necessarily to have, this controller offers a solution to have dual setpoints and be able to switch between each other via an on/off switch which connected to terminal of this controller. 

 

• Alarm standby fucntion 

Under some very specific circumstance, the whole system is working perfectly normal, but the condition that will trigger the alarm is accordant. therefore the alarm should go off while actually the whole system is no problem. this alarm could lead to mis-operation. In a simple heating application, when set the controller as deviation low limit alarm, at the point when power just turned on, the alarm should go off as the condition is matched, but the heating system is no problem, the deviation low limit alarm will be blocked at this case. 

 

• RS-485 communication 

Be able to communication with PC or other device with RS-485 communication. 

 

• Time proportional output control 

Controller has a features to implement a time proportion output, for example, in a relay output application, if the cycle time is 20S, user can define the on/off time of the relay, user can set the on time as 40%, off time as 60%. which means in every circle, the relay will be at on status for 8 seconds and at off status for 12 seconds. 

 

• PV Re-transmission output 

The Process value can be retransmitted and output as linear current, the range of the linear current is configurable, could be 4-20mA, could be 0-10mA. 

 

• Remote SV 

The setting value can defined by remote linear voltage signal, such as 1-5V
